We are located at 5 minutes from the airport“Federico Fellini”, a 300 meters from the railway station and the Metro Mare station, which connects Rimini Center to Riccione V.le Ceccarini, to be, in a few minutes, in the major attractions of the Rimini Riviera.
We are at 500 meters from the Thalassotherapy of Rimini, for spa treatments and agreements with the NHS.
Residence Yellow offers beach service with rental of umbrellas and sunbeds, at the trusted beach “VITTORIO BATHROOM 134”; beach equipped with services for our customers, as entertainment and play area for the little ones.The beach also accepts your friends to 4 legs.For those who prefer it, in the immediate vicinity there are also free beaches, without services.Residence Yellow offers spacious apartments, furnished in a simple and essential way, but with particular attention to detail, with air conditioning, lift and free WIFI connection, cleaning service and linen supply.
The kitchens are equipped with an electric oven, kettle, microwave, fridge and everything you need to prepare your meals, such as crockery and kitchen linen.
In some apartments of the Yellow Residence there is a washing machine, if necessary we make available, for our customers, a laundry area with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
The apartments of the Yellow Residence have living rooms equipped with Smart TVs 32 inches and comfortable queen size sofa bed, with private terrace.
The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a shower cubicle. All our apartments are equipped with an electronic safe and armored door for everyone's safety, we have video surveillance system, with CCTV cameras, located in the common areas.
The apartments on the upper floors, they can be reached by lift. For our youngest guests, we provide free high chairs for meals, travel cots and fall protection for beds, these services will be booked and provided based on availability. Additional single beds, provided free of charge, upon reservation and subject to availability.
Residence Yellow, makes available to customers, reserved and guarded parking spaces, in private parking, in the vicinity of the structure, paid service and by reservation.
Your friends a 4 small legs, are welcome to us, without adding any cost. We offer our customers a 24-hour reception and availability service, for any need and information.
